  1. Address

    The website says Solheimsgaten 23c, 5054 Bergen. The business register lists Parkveien 12, 0350 Oslo as business address (Bergen as postal address), and the terms say Parkveien 12. Which should be shown?

  2. Main phone and shared email

    The only phone on the site is Kristian Ellertsen’s mobile. The terms list (+47) 98 05 79 53 and hei@andhamlet.no. Is there a switchboard and a shared address on andhamlet.com?

  3. Agent commission

    The agents page and front page say 5% of the share price. The FAQ on the same page says 3% in Norway and 5% in Spain. Which applies, and what about France and Italy?

  4. Trustpilot block

    The front page shows ‘Excellent · based on 456 reviews’ with ten identical template reviews. It looks like placeholder text and is NOT included. Is there a real Trustpilot profile?

  5. Strandafjellet

    The home has its own page (€375,000) but is not listed on the homes page. Is it for sale, sold or withdrawn?

  6. Duplicate listings

    Villa Val d’Azur exists on two URLs with identical content (one used). ‘Sky Villa’ appears three times and ‘Deluxe Darko’ twice — the names should be told apart, e.g. with unit numbers.

  7. Shares available

    Only four homes state how many shares are left. Should all homes show it?

  8. Prices in NOK

    The source has a NOK/EUR toggle, but all prices are entered in euro. The draft shows euro. Should NOK be shown, and at what rate?

  9. Interest rate in the calculator

    The source calculator has no default rate. The draft lets the visitor enter their own. Do you want an indicative Nordea rate?

    Newsletter and contact forms are design only. Which system should they connect to (HubSpot?)

    Both documents are dated 20 Feb 2023, exist only in English and describe a mobile app. Do they need updating?

  14. Font licence

    The draft uses the customer’s own fonts (Feijoa, Styrene B, Ballpoint). The web font licence must cover the new domain.

  15. Founder film

    ‘Watch video’ points to a Google Drive file. Should it be moved to YouTube/Vimeo?
